Justin Trudeau campaigned for the office of Canadian Prime Minister on a platform of change, and within a week of being sworn in, he is doing just that.
Utilizing government buildings that were seemingly forgotten by the former regime, diversifying his cabinet to reflect the modern Canadian demographic, and “unmuzzling” the scientists and diplomats his predecessor kept under strict federal censorship are the first of many changes to come.
Trudeau also plans to re-establish the long-term census, and he has pledged to resettle 25,000 Syrian refugees by the end of 2015.
