Eagle Spotlight: Tom Rossi

Meet Tom Rossi, one of the most experienced and energetic coaches on our Eagle Leadership team.

Tom is a seasoned manufacturing executive and mechanical engineer. Recently retired from GE after 34 years, Tom spent the last 24 years as a plant manager for 4 different plants across three of GE’s businesses: Appliances, Lighting, and Plastics. His last factory was a refrigerator plant in Decatur, Alabama with over 1200 employees.

Tom’s leadership approach is focused on building a solid rhythm around communication, accessibility, and accountability.

His approach also includes a priority on the responsibility of leaders to develop, grow, and teach team members. Tom’s style is high energy with a positive attitude that encourages others, creates hope, and promotes growth.
