Executive coach, entrepreneur, author, and visionary in the arena of leadership development, Dr. Larry Little has been engaged in counseling and leadership coaching for over 20 years. In 2010, he founded Eagle Center for Leadership, and today, ECFL has grown into a team of experienced professional coaches, presenters, and facilitators dedicated to investing in the leadership of others. Through coaching, seminars, trainings, and leadership programs, ECFL has directly worked with over 5,000 individuals at over 100 organizations and will work with leaders on 5 continents this year. He has partnered with organizations of all sizes and sectors across the globe, including:

The author of Make A Difference and creator of the 4-part EAGLE Leadership Seminar and Book Series, Dr. Little’s understanding of human behavior is evident in his written work as well as his people-driven approach to leadership philosophy.

Dr. Little knows that every leader is different, and he personalizes his approach to meet the unique needs and goals of the leaders and organizations with which he partners. With a customized approach, Dr. Little’s philosophy on leadership is rooted in the power of relationships and meeting people where they are. His impact on partner organizations is proven by the depth and quality of personal relationships that develop between Dr. Little and every leader with whom he walks.

As a seasoned business professional who understands the importance of results-oriented leadership, he gears his approach towards challenging leaders to perform at a higher level. His goal is to equip these leaders to strategically position themselves to make a difference in the lives of those they lead.

“The goal of great leaders is not to be a leader,” Dr. Little says of those with whom he works, “their goal is to make a difference.”

Dr. Little holds a PhD in Psychology, a master’s in clinical counseling, as well as a business degree.

Dr. Little and his wife, Melanie, have two adult children and reside in Decatur, Alabama.
