Eagle Spotlight: Jim Ray

Jim Ray has over 40 years of direct supervision experience. Most recently he has served as President and CEO of Children’s Harbor Inc., a non-profit organization that provides various forms of support to families with children that suffer from long-term, serious illnesses. Jim has been instrumental in the growth and development of the organization and its ability to serve clients with commitment, integrity, and compassion.

After taking a strategic step into an executive coaching experience that changed his life and legacy path, Jim has decided not to retire, but instead, “refire” and dedicate his role as a leader to speaking into the lives of those who want to serve with passion and get better. He now serves as an Eagle Certified Leadership Coach as well as leads his own consulting business.
