Tore Haavik is a highly successful leader with extensive intercultural management experience. Over the last decade of work with one of Norway’s fastest growing companies, Tore used his nationally recognized accomplishments to help the company draw attention to its single most vital asset: the people. As part of his role, he had the opportunity to draw the company back to their desired leadership philosophy.
With varied work in Asia, Africa, and South America, Tore understands and appreciates the importance of leading through cultural diversity. His leadership philosophy is to invest in one person at a time to discover and unleash untapped potential in each of his clients. Tore became a certified Eagle Leadership Coach in 2015 because he values the privilege of walking with leaders to challenge their thought process and maximize their impact on others.
